The United States Department of Agriculture Web Soil Survey indicates all areas of Patterson Farm are designated "Prime Farmland" or "Farmland of Statewide Importance."

"You would be hard pressed to find another farm in Bucks County (PA) of this size with the quality of soils found on the Patterson Farm.  This is outstanding farmland."
